C2 Kin Blogs

I went to the ACRL website knowing that they have invested a lot of time developing online tools and networks. Their website makes it is easy to find their blogs as they prominantly display wikis, podcasts, and blogs front and center on the homepage. ACRL is a wonderful resource to me. I click on the ACRLog and enter the blog. A search box is available to look up entries by keyword -this is a quick way to gather what people are posting on a topic. There is a marketing specific blog on the site which I think will prove interesting. As I begin my research I know that their website and membership provide quality resources that will be useful this term. http://acrlog.org/categories/marketing/

Just for fun I also googled "blog ala serials" and found The Serials Cataloger "News, research, and other information of interest to serials catalogers. " Though there is not much in the body of the blog, they have placed many links, and quite a few tags. I will explore these further as the days go by. It's possible I may find some excellent tools here for running my growing serials collection. http://serialscataloger.blogspot.com/2008/06/continuing-resources-cataloging.html
