C6 Building Blocks

In Wilson’s LibLit database I recreated the building block search as below. I’m aware of the visible difference in their content and interface design. I’d like to see how the results change across vendor.
S1 = (academic libraries or college libraries) =30245 hits
S2 = (market* or outreach or promote) =10326 hits
S3 = (student* or faculty) = 14276 hits
S4 = (S1 AND S2 AND S3) =244 hits

The results are all relevant, but not quite 'right on' for what I am looking for. I had to look into the third page to find a citation I felt might hit the spot. I want to employ more limitations, i.e. date, to narrow the results further. I am stopping here to satisfy the building block formula. I do see a few full text that I will read through. Here is one I’ve scanned already:
